01. Acceptance of Agreement
By registering for an evaluation, enrolling in a membership, or utilizing the REPA Academy facility, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are a parent or legal guardian, you are accepting these terms on behalf of the minor athlete.
02. Description of The Lab
REPA Academy is a data-driven performance laboratory. Services include biomechanical evaluations, Rapsodo-tracked bullpens, HitTrax hitting sessions, and professional strength programming.
Evaluations
One-time assessments utilizing full technology stack to establish baseline metrics.
Memberships
Recurring access to facility lanes and specific coach-led training blocks.
03. Financial Obligations
Membership Billing
Memberships are billed on a 30-day recurring cycle. Payment is due on the 1st of each month unless otherwise specified at registration.
The "24-Hour" Rule
Sessions must be cancelled via the portal at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide notice results in a "Late Cancel" and forfeiture of the session fee/credit.
Termination Notice
A 30-day written notice is required for all membership cancellations. Final payments will be prorated based on the date of notice.
04. Lab Etiquette
REPA Academy is a workspace for professional-level development. Athletes are expected to maintain the following standards:
- Turf shoes or sneakers ONLY. No molded or metal cleats permitted.
- No food or colored drinks (Gatorade, coffee) on the turf surface.
- Immediate reporting of any equipment malfunction or technological error.
05. Metrics & IP Ownership
Data is the core of our development model. By training at REPA Academy:
REPA Academy retains the right to use anonymized performance metrics (spin rates, velocities, launch angles) for research, marketing, and academy-wide benchmarks. Personalized data will only be shared with collegiate/professional scouts at the athlete's request.
06. Legal Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from services rendered at REPA Academy will be settled within the legal jurisdiction of Tarrant County, TX.
